7. (5) The Inuvialuit shall, by virtue of the Settlement Legislation , be granted a total of 35,000 square miles of land, plus or minus a margin of error of 1 %. If the final ground survey shows a square mileage in excess of 35,350, the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation or Inuvialuit Land Corporation shall promptly reconvey to Canada an area of paragraph (1)(b) land equal to the excess.
