Yukon North Slope

For the purposes of this section, “Yukon North Slope” means all those lands between the jurisdictional boundaries of Alaska and the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories, north of the height of land dividing the watersheds of the Porcupine River and the Beaufort Sea. and including adjacent nearshore and offshore waters and islands.
